More Urn's

Today we are painting our urns.   We began by discussing the term 'Earthen' tones.  it is fascinating to learn about how ancient civilizations made paint out of the earth and various plant dyes.
We each chose an earthen base colour which would be the base coat.  Next we will begin to shade and add depth by blending and feathering our urns with darker earth tones.  Lastly, when the urn is dry, we will add our Olympic image.
