Beginning our individual mini- inquiry projects

Children learn best when they are engaged and excited about a topic, so today every child had a chance to decide which avenue their inquiry would take them

Learning Intention: Follow a scaffolded research process to guide us through creating a mini Inquiry.

In order to do the above students have explored, brainstormed and discussed the themes within Uno’s Garden, before selecting a topic of interest. E.g. Deforestation, Endangered animals

STEP 2: inquiry framework

  • Formulate relevant questions to assist their inquiry
  • Then they will be focusing on gathering and using relevant information from a range of sources.
  • Then they will organize, present and communicate their findings.
