Ancient Olympics

This week the children have been using their inquiry skills to develop an understanding about the history behind the Olympic Games.

Firstly the children wrote down all of the facts we knew about the Ancient Olympics.  Then we created questions to help us find out more.

Next we used the POD's to find out as many answers to the questions as we could- AND we did some individual research as homework.  Then we worked in pairs to present our information as 'Inquiry Posters'.

They looked really fantastic and were full of interesting, relevant information.
