Once they had a sough outline of the 'block street' they were able to start blocking in buildings and adding street signs, trees, windows, spires, people, sidewalks etc...
Next we will add small areas of colour which will create the idea of greenbelts.
It was brilliant fun...

I found this art activity realy fun and enjoyed building the cities with the building blocks!

It was really fun drawing all of those 3D shapes i think i am much better now
I found it really fun how we had to build things with the blocks and then sketch them. I think i am much better at drawing 3D shapes now.
