Planet Earth and Beyond....

Today we began our Term2 art project, ENERGY STRATA.  Last week, the children explored the many layers of resources we use to gain energy from on earth.   We will be using this information and transferring it into a mixed media, multi-layered artwork.  Each layer represents one of the resources, from the core - nuclear,  to the sun-solar.  The children looked at what types of medium they could use to best symbolize these resources.  Check out the exciting buzz as the planning stage begins...
